"Thought we needed a complete door replacement, but Alamo Garage Doors provided an honest assessment that only the opener needed upgrading."

"Service was performed, tried to sell me a new garage door. Did sell me a garage door opener for $50 which is $15 over normal cost, but saved me a trip to Home Depot."

"Arrived within 2 hours of phone call. Confirmation of driver on the way included notice that a 2020 background check was conducted on the service rep . Nice touch. Phone person responded to my questions, but got the impression the person didn’t want to be on phone call long. Felt rushed. Made me think twice about whether I was speaking to an employee or an answering service. Questioned whether I made the right call as to which company I called. Service rep who came to house was very professional to deal with. He answered my questions with excellent explanations & detail when selecting make & model of replacement. He gave me 4 quotes in different LiftMaster models. He was knowledgeable & experienced. He was polite and respectful about Covid mask, always being on when speaking with the customer. I told Jay that the company is lucky to have him. There software did not transmit correctly to my email. Jay’s said had a detailed summary of costs for each model. When I went into my email to review the quotes, only the grand total showed on my end. Jay seemed surprised that happened. Thought someone should look into that at the office. We would highly value the cost break-out of the charges for our financial records. An idea for company is to have a small pamphlet available which describes the choices to be made in selecting a new garage door opener for the next 20 years in your house. The web-site has it, so luckily I reviewed it before I arrived. It was not a $300 investment, but over $600. Making the right decision counts in the years ahead."

"The service went great. We were impressed with the promptness & professionalism provided by Iconic Garage Door Services. We had a garage door that wouldn’t open & our request for service was quickly responded to by Darlena. We could have had someone come out here as quickly as that evening! They are sincerely eager to help their customers. Sebastian was the technician who came to our house. He assessed the problem quickly & made the repair. He also checked & adjusted things to make sure everything was in good working order. The prices were fair & I never felt pushed into doing more than necessary. Sebastian was honest, polite & helpful, making sure we happy with the work. He took his time showing us what was done & how to work the new app for our garage door. Sebastian was a pleasure to have here & we will definitely be calling Iconic for garage door needs in the future. I highly recommend this company because they made the whole process a pleasure & stress-free from beginning to end."

"A few days ago my garage door became inoperable. I called Brace Yourself. They responded immediately. Miguel scheduled an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time. Identified the problem, explained in detail what he needed to do to repair the door. Miguel did an exceptional job. He was professional, communicated well, courteous, proficient and efficient, skillful. He completed the job in thirty minutes. I will recommend him to anyone that is looking for a superior handyman."

"We had our garage door spring break on a Friday. American Home Shield couldn't get anyone to come out before the following week, so we inquired as to which Garage Door Companies would fix it as emergency, since my wife has medical conditions and needs to be able to travel. Of the two Garage Door Companies that are available 24 hours, A1 Garage Door Service LLC was the only one that could be there same evening. They got to our home to fix the broken spring so we could open the Garage around 8:00 pm."

"Elite Garage Doors & Gates to the rescue!!!!! I am SO thankful for this Angie’s List recommendation. We moved into a new home where the garage door sensors were pieced together and wires sticking out, leaving us with a hit or miss working garage door. Elite Garage Doors & Gates were able to come SAME day as I called where 2 other companies could either not come due to service area or were 3 weeks out with scheduling. They were here within a few hours of calling and had a positive technician! He not only fixed the wiring and got everything working in proper order, but also tightened everything down to ensure it stayed! Five stars with the timing, work AND Price for same day servicing!"

"Installed 2 garage springs. Replaced rollers and worn garage door seal."

"Trey with F&J’s was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also very prompt and I would recommend him and F&J’s to anyone needing garage door help. Will be calling them back when I inevitably need the entire door replaced."

"Unfortunately, the arm was not replaceable as the garage door opener was very old. We had a new one installed and it works just fine. We are very happy with the new garage door opener and the service we received."
