"I initially wrote a scathing review about  timeliness of response and not returning calls for a package purchased on Angie's List.  And I will contact same to have review amended or removed.  Todd, the owner called me soon after I posted the review and came out to the house.  He apologized, and took responsibility for response delay, my frustration and provided amplification information that detailed the problem.  His company took a hit because of an advertising error.  He even included a one year service for the house, no charge without me asking for any recompense for my aggravation.
1.  Came to the house inspected the outdoor faucet and that is when life got extremely difficult.
2.  The cutoff valve was inoperable an he outdated irrigation system attached was leaking.  Now I fully understand why my water bill has been steadily increasing for he last 3 years since purchasing this home.  Valve replaced and plumbed for future water treatment.
3.  House inspection revealed every valve in the home were cheap plastic contractor bulk models whose brass innards had been corroded away and the "braided" lines were a an accident waiting to happen (my luck, probably when we were on vacation).
4.  Now, the water heater; original to the house which is 16 years old.  Looked great on the outside but again mineral deposits wreaked havoc on its internals.  Not so bad right.....WRONG!  The gas lines were faulty and the pressure relief valves inoperable.  WHEN, not if they failed the results would have been financially crippling but most importantly also could have resulted in something precious, loss of lives and total destruction of how many homes? 
5.  After 32 years of military service...I am ready to live again, not having me and my family ending up as Flaming Alphas.
6.  Valves replaced with stainless steel, braided lines above code, larger capacity, energy saving water heater, and system plumbed for future water softener.  Which ONSite will perform. 
If you want a reliable, honest plumber Todd Johnston is it.  I brought neighbors over during and after installation and they have the same, old materials we had.  One has scheduled OnSite's services for Monday and another soon after that "

"I was having trouble with material not flushing down my toilet, because the water flow was so slow. The drain in the adjacent showed was also really slow. I thought there might be a connection, but theres was not. The Armor plumer explained the problem, and the fact that the two conditions were unrelated. He also warned me about the hardware in the short piping being corroded. He pointed out that if the pipes were to be broken during the work, the entire wall of the adjacent closet would haves to be torn down to get access to fix them. He saved me from myself. Once we figured out what our best course of action was, he cranked out the work quickly and cleaned up the mess.
