"Excellent. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Southern Air Mechancial LLC for my Air conditioning service needs. Out of habit, I had been using another vendor who recently told me in the last 10 days that my unit was oversized for my duct work, that it was going to take 6 hours to fix it, and was about to sell me a part with installation and labor that would have cost $1400. The tech said it would break in a year and the owner basically tried to sell me a new AC unit. Got a little suspicious after asking if my unit could be adjusted since it was a variable speed down to a 3 ton and the owner said, "well, let me send my tech again". I called Southern Air and spoke to Clint, the owner. I had purchased the unit 7 years ago and without hesitation, Clint visited with his technician, and replaced the part that was a known problem with my manufacturer. He warrantied the part and was back out in two days and had the system cooling within 2 hours. I will only use Southern Air Mechanical and now know how trustworthy they are and what excellent service they provide. "I love, love, love Grant Air Conditioning. They always come when they say they will, if not sooner, and the servicemen they send are always nice and efficient. I have used them probably a half dozen times, and have always been super happy with the service. This last time my outdoor fan wasn't coming on when the a/c kicked on, so my house wasn't cooling. Steve discovered that the contactor was completely fried, replaced it, cleaned the unit, inspected the unit, and when everything met with his satisfaction, was on his way."

"We scheduled a 4 pm appointment. By 4:45, no one showed up or called to confirm their whereabouts. I had to call Metro Air and ask what was going on. The secretary said she will dispatch a technician to my house. The technician did not arrive until 5:30. He was kind and was able to fix the capacitor, which was causing the issue. About a week later, their office followed up. I told the lady that the a/c was on, but now there was another sound coming from the system. The secretary indicated that the technician would call me that day to discuss and set up a follow up visit to address the issue. No one ever called."
