"From the estimate appointment (Mark) to the install (Charles, Christian and Justin), McCrea employees were professional, courteous, punctual, responsive and hard working. It was an all day job. The work areas were left clean. Charles explained the install and systems to me before leaving. New A/C seems to be working great. Heat hasn’t been used yet. McCrea handled the permits and product registrations. Gwyn communicated with me promptly after the install regarding both."

"I've been pleased with Polar Bear since they installed my A/C 16-17 years ago. Always prompt response to any problem, always knowledgeable professionals. Now it's time for a new system, I was walked through my options with no pressure to spend more, just the info on variables, and an offer of a discount, and very flexible deposit/payment arrangement. Great company."

"I worked with Tyler from SwiftPro and had a great experience with installing a new heating and cooling system in my apartment. Moises and Oscar did the install and did a great job protecting my apartment and doing a professional installation. I highly recommend them for your hvac and plumbing needs!"

"I was very impressed with this company from beginning to end. When they gave me an estimate, they spent 90 minutes with me to make sure I selected the right furnace and AC. The crew came two days later and installed the furnace and AC in one day. Great job! Very happy with the whole experience. I highly recommend this company to others."

"I contacted Bluestar Air Mechanical for a second opinion after an appointment with Air One. I have a Carrier HVAC system, and the Air One technician recommended a complete system replacement, claiming the blower was bad, the furnace control board needed replacing, and that there were other issues. Since replacing the HVAC is a big investment, I wanted to get a second opinion. It was only after comparing the service from Bluestar that I realized Air One may have been pushing for a new system sale or lacked the expertise to properly diagnose and repair the actual problems. Isaac, the technician from Bluestar, spent about an hour thoroughly diagnosing and fixing the issues. He found burnt wiring in the furnace and discovered that the wrong capacitor had been incorrectly installed in the AC. Isaac replaced the burnt wiring in the furnace and the capacitor in the AC. After these repairs, my Carrier system was back up and running—without the need for a costly replacement. Bluestar, and Isaac in particular, demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and honesty. They focused on resolving the actual issues instead of pushing for an unnecessary system replacement. I highly recommend Bluestar for their reliable service and Isaac’s thorough and knowledgeable work."

"Really nice work on ducts."

"Tech listened well, and took the time to obtain some additional parts needed for the installation off a special-purpose dropped off the main water lines, Explained all the work afterwards and demonstrated successful operation. Cleaned up thoroughly. We are extremely happy with the work! Would use Reddick and Sons again without hesitation."
