"They installed a security monitor camera in the ceiling. The work involves 1) nailing a piece of 1X4 lumber to the joist to create a horizontal cross beam for a security monitor camera so it can turn 360 degrees to monitor Racoon activity, 2) dealing with thick insulation materials in the attic, 3) Installed an outlet for the camera 4) has to be careful not to step on the ceiling. By no means is this a simple, ordinary task. I am glad the Technician was able to perform the job well. Unfortunately, they are very expensive."

G**** Miranda did a remarkable job repairing the pipe and an adjacent supply pipe I elected to have repaired in case its joint might leak.
