"Item was brought into shop on 4/1/15 and ready by 4/3/15. I didn't know which type of service would be able to repair the bellows, but contacted Metro via email first and they said it could be fixed. They did a great job and were responsive and cordial.
"

"Very happy with the service I received at Sal's. I brought in two pairs of high heels to have the heel tips replaced. Great job with the repair and even matched my nude pair of heels perfectly. Shoes came back looking much better than when they went in. Will definitely use again. Even have a coupon on their website for first time visitors."

"They are miracle workers. I thought we might have to replace the top, but they repaired it to satisfaction saving me money and preserving the original look of this desk my father made in the '60s. The cost included pick-up and delivery. They were the only firm I contacted with experience on inlaid leather tops. I cose them primarily for this reason and found their prices on the other items competitive with less experienced firms."

"Upon arriving to do the estimate, the representative informed my wife (for the first time) that there would be a $150 fee, but that could be applied to performed work. This was not disclosed at the time of making the appointment. After talking through the options, my wife asked for an estimate to do the repair compared with remodeling the entire bathroom. The estimator indicated that it would take approximately a month to remodel our small (5x8) master bathroom, apparently in large part because their crew seems to be entirely subcontractors. Other remodel estimates indicate it should take about 10 days. When the pricing came back for the remodel, it was on par with others we have received (about $15000.) The repair estimate came back at a pretty appealing price ($500.) However, in a follow up e-mail, the estimator stated that he had and quot;forgottenand quot; to initially include a $195 and quot;project management fee.and quot; That seemed ridiculous for such a small repair job and kind of unprofessional on top of the initial surprise estimate fee, so we have moved on.
"

"MJP provided a full detail service on my car in the parking lot behind my office. The work was superb! For an additional fee, I had some paint chips and door dings repaired. The car looked like new when the job was finished!"

"The work was expertly and professionally done:
BBC designed and largely installed the new kitchen. The porcelain floor was expertly laid down, some difficult problems involving ductwork were cleverly managed. The installation of our appliances and the associated plumbing and electrical work was planned in close consultation with us and was expertly done. The recessed lighting and other electrical work was well
planned and executed.
The construction model for the kitchen was carried into the adjacent laundry/utility room (lighting, flooring, etc.) and a pocket door that had been partially installed between the two areas was completed and serves as a visual and sound barrier to the washer, dryer, and heat circulation.
The top landing for the spiral staircase is impressive, blending into the wood floor at that level, and some minor flaws in the initial (partial) installation of the staircase by another contractor were well managed.
BBC did an excellent job of finishing up the family room.
Smaller, but equally professional work was done in the installation of a new bedroom ceiling fan, completion of shelving in 2 rooms, and needed work on the ceiling and crown molding in the bathroom.
An assessment of the overall electrical service needs for the total project determined the need for a much higher-capacity service box, which was installed.
All around, the work was thorough and done as if it were their own house.

"
