"They leveled our patio and we were extremely impressed with the professionalism of the crew. Unfortunately, the patio sank a couple of inches within a month and they returned again, at no cost, and re-leveled. We are hoping that it will stay but, whatever happens, it is not the fault of their expertise but rather the ground continuing to shift. That is our personal assessment."

"The Slabjack NW crew was very efficient and professional. They took a look at the job when they got on site, described what they could and could not do, and got right to work. Once they were done, everything was cleaned up and the holes we patched. Only way I can tell they were even there is that my concrete patio slabs are now level with one another!"

"They came in when we were hoping that they would come in which was good. They drilled through the foundation very quickly and quite faster than what we were expecting them to. They were done very quickly. It was clean when they were gone. They took off and it was great. Our experience with them was fine. The quality of their work was fine. They were very responsive."

"My review is of the owner, who ensures that everything goes to my satisfaction and when it does not, he sorts it out and makes sure the service improves. I have been through a number of different providers over the years and while the personnel changes frequently(with all of them), the ownership here does a great job of noting personal preferences and following up to be sure that everything goes well. There have definitely been hiccups but I would highly recommend this business for yard care needs. <br />"

"Robbins was absolutely amazing. I would definitely go with this company again, They came out and gave me an honest estimate and didn't try to upset me with expensive foundation repair. The crew they sent out was very professional, hardworking and meticulous. This company is absolutely top shelf!"

"Couldn’t say thank you enough. Crew came out and ripped up our old driveway 2 days after we signed our contract with them. They came out next work day to level the slope and lay forms for the stairs. Pour was over 2 days and everything turned out perfect. My wife and I couldn’t be happier and are glad our parents will now have stairs to get up our steep driveway."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Arlington, WA

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
