"After speaking with me, Tracy realized I was very upset about the situation, and had Rick call me to better understand my concerns and the facts of the situation.  I told him what had been done by the other company, and the information they gave me about the results of their inspection.  

Rick treated my concerns with great empathy and concern, and told me that in his experience the situation probably was not as dire as I thought.  He said he would have two of his folks come out the next morning to re-do the inspection and determine if a replacement was required.  Just speaking with him over the phone calmed my fears, and gave me the feeling that everything would turn out alright.  It was like talking with your big brother who you could always count on to take care of a difficult situation you found yourself in.  

It turned out the owner of the original company was at my house an hour after a call I made to them before contacting Aces Four.  They re-did the inspection and found, as Rick had surmised....that the line was fine, the dip in the line was minor, and they saw no issues that would require the line to be replaced.  

I will rely on Aces Four for my future plumbing, sewer, and water line needs from now on.  I thank Tracy and Rick for their concern and quick response to my situation.  They clearly care about their customers, and will do their utmost to provide outstanding services to anyone who calls them for help."

"Alpine and the contractor (EKG) worked together on the schedule, kept us informed at the end of each day as to what would happen next. When we hit a bump along the way (38 yr old house) they worked together to make changes in the schedule and get the work done. The end result... beautiful and exactly what we wanted."

"They messed around for about 2 hours and final tried to snake the pipe off the kitchen drain. There was an obvious blockage so bad that the snake couldn't budge it. (so they said). They said that I needed to replace the pipes to the tune of $4800.00. They then handed me a bill for $400 for services rendered. They left and I now have a larger problem than when first they arrived. Appears that when they put the snake down, it interrupted the clog and now beside water, I have this black smelly flakes coming up the drains in my sinks. I called the company the next day and asked to speak to Zack (their plumber). I wanted to ask him for a price to just replace a section of the pipe. Well, he never returned my call. I assumed that Innovative did not want my business. I would not call them for help again. My pipes are being replaced as I speak. Oh, this plumber is charging one third of their bid. So take this review and really consider it before you hire them."

"I went to their website and requested a quote to clean and seal my shower.  I gave dimensions and sent photos.  Sound Tile and Grout responded with a quote that was over twice what I expected but I'll admit I really didn't know what it would cost.  I needed the work done and after seeing their positive reviews on Angie's List I decided to bite-the-bullet and get it done.  I am very glad that I did.  Chad & Zack arrived on time and after letting me know what they were going to do they went right to work.  They were clean-cut, well mannered, and very professional.  High quality materials were used.  They did an outstanding job and I am very happy I spent the money.  My shower hasn't looked this good since it was new.  If you need the work done, go with Sound Tile & Grout."

"We bought the deal for patio sliding door replacement  and couldn't be happier. Everything went smoothly from start to end, no surprises.  Bill showed up on time, installed the new door with great attention to detail, addressed all my concerned and left the spot in ideal condition. "They did a great job. I'm very happy with it. It came to a little bit more because they had to add some additional parts and change out the copper piping and that sort of a thing. It came to $1100 all total. They did a fine job, a really good job. The Angie's List special was for a Rheem water heater and they actually put in AO Smith water heater. So I talked to them about that. I said, "Well, I have a Rheem furnace, I would like to have a Rheem water heater." They had already put it in, I hadn't realized it. So I said, "You're supposed to put the Rheem in," and then the installer contacted the owner and they were able to give me a 10% discount or something like that. So they did give me an offset of about $110 or something like that. So that was good, they made it up for it. So I was satisfied with that arrangement. I assume that they're both of equal quality, but I don't know for sure. I settled for the reduction in the price."

"I had a LOT of questions and Ryan, the owner, responded quickly to each email. The work crew were all polite, quiet, and all-around good people. The price was reasonable compared to comps, and the job was finished when they said it would be. We've had some torrential rains since and not a drop has gotten into my basement!"
