"This is the 5th time I have used Phill's Plumbing over the past several years and it probably won't be the last. Contacted them about about a bad water heater and made an appointment to have them replace it two days later. They would have come out the next day but there was no rush since I was able to get the heater restarted. Joe came out a couple of days later and as did a great job of installing the new one. In speaking to Joe it turns out that we both graduated from the same high school - Kubasaki High, Okinawa , Japan. It is very much a small world. So as he was installing the new water heater, he updated me as to what was happening at our formal high school. Joe wrapped up by cleaning up and taking the old heater away. I will continue to use Phill's in the future because I have always felt that I'm getting honest advice, great results, for a fair price.."

They used a locating device to track the hydro jet head 8ft under my property to map the progress. Next a video camera was dropped in parallel to the jet and made sure everything was clear. Additionally I learned repairs had been made to the sewer line prior to us buying the property 14 years earlier. This is truly a pro operation. The video inspection sealed the deal on my level of confidence in their work. The main line works perfectly and I am dead positive I have no ruptured or collapsed portions in my sewer line."

"Professional arrived as scheduled and surveyed and discussed problem. Set up equipment and went to work under cleared kitchen sink. Ran equipment thru system and then went to up stairs bathroom shower and cleaned out drain. After interior drains were cleared used rooter tool to clear main drain to street.
Plumber was very professional and provided tips as he worked. He was clean and neat and cleaned up before leaving.
I would use him again and recommend the service to my friends and neighbors.

"Great service and work from Miguel and team. I would hire them again. What originally was a slow draining sewer line turned into a root infested backup. Miguel was able to scope the drain and visualize the root of the problem. They were prepared to start digging and had the tools and supplies on the truck to get the job completed. He clearly explained the discovery, repair, and installation process as well as potential other root intrusion spots. After the dig, the soil and grass was replaced and can hardly tell that any work was done. They also cleaned the dirt/mud on the concrete walk way. Thank you Miguel and team for the great work."

"Tony was good mostly. Pros: He was on time every time. This is big for contractors. He was on time for estimates and both times he had to come to place He was the best priced The water heater is installed and working. Cons: His quote was very vague. He told me he would put plywood and install a replacement water heater. And he did. However, the first time he installed was with OSD board...basically looked like junkyard plywood that they put underneath water heater... not good and it was inside my house, maybe if this was in a garage you could get away with it, buy my water heater is in my closet. The first time they came out they installed the wrong water heater, claiming mixup at the warehouse. I can not confirm or validate this, but they did come back the next day with the correct size and also replaced the particle board stuff with real solid plywood that he put a layer of paint on. Once the discovery of the error with the wrong water heater and the bad wood. Communication got very short. He agreed to get replaced then hung up on me. We ended up texting and I offered to pay a bit extra for higher quality material, I just asked that he let me know what that cost would be. He never told me what the new cost would be until the job was completed and I was given the bill. Overall: All in all, he is very well priced, his people were on time and professional, and he did what he said he would do, so he is an honest contractor which is good. My experience was not the best but I would give him a call again however would request a more detailed quote."
