"Never having had this same problem before, it is hard to make a cost comparison. But our sense is that, in an urgent situation, we were not taken advantage of or pressured. We got quick response -- were told how to stop further leakage, and got new water heater installed the same day. Also learned about services in future that can prevent some forseeable issues.
