"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"I had called Above and Beyond because the first company kept having issues returning my calls or even trying to get on thier waiting list.  Once I called Above and Beyond the gentelmen was quick to come by and see the damages (i believe he came the following day.) He also misplaced my number but instead of waiting for me to eventually call he came by my home and left his number with an appology.  He then met me after work and gave me a quote for much less than I expected even though I showed him my insurance quote to be close to $600.  He repaired it the following day while I was at work and I left a check for him which he cashed in appropriote time.  The roof looks great (for an old roof with multiple patches) and I feel better knowing I don't have to worry about leaks or further damage in my recently bought starter house. I'm also relieved to feel I was treated fairly, which is unfortunately hard to find when you are a young female and don't even know how to speak 'repair language.'  I would definately use them again, and even hope to use them when it's finally time to replace the whole old roof in a couple years."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
