Rick was excellent, pleasant, skilled & responded quickly after my initial request. He was very proficient, addressed all of my questions & concerns. He also managed to schedule my work quickly to complete the job & be sure that my new A/C was working properly before his departure. He was also reasonable with his original quote for his services & did not change this price upon completion. "My electrician from Cotti-Johnson HVAC was a master electrician. If you get him, you are getting the best. I went with the most expensive work package of the 3 that were presented. First off, it was pricey. I knew that going in. I want Cotti-Johnson to understand that I am serious about a working relationship with them. I feel I have done that with their electrical department. Now, if I need their plumbing or HVAC service, our relationship can build off the first experience."

She is timely, trustworthy, communicative, and generally a pleasure to work with."
