"We had a terrible experience with another contractor who had left us high and dry and with a massive sanitation and safety hazard on our hands. Paul and his team were able to swiftly come in and address all problems as well as highlight design/layout choices made by the previous contractors that simply didn't make sense. They repaired items that had been damaged by the previous crew, swiftly got the remodel completed, and did so all while acting in a professional and courteous manner. The price was fair for the work and both Paul and his foreman checked in repeatedly over the next few weeks after completion of the remodel to ensure that everything was still in good condition, that we were still happy with the work, and to ensure there was nothing that we failed to think of or get addressed during the project. We would absolutely hire Paul and his crew for subsequent work in the future."

"Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! "Desmond and Brian were awesome to work with! We purchased an old fixer upper and were really overwhelmed by the amount of work it needed. We wanted to do a lot of the work ourselves, but decided to hire someone to do the messy work for us. Desmond and Brian were more than willing to complete a partial job. We came across many contractors that would only renovate our kitchen from start to finish. After giving us an estimate, they were willing to negotiate some of the pricing to make us feel more comfortable with the cost. They were extremely fair with their price.
The communication was great throughout the whole experience. Desmond frequently called or texted with updates and questions. We were living about 40 minutes away during the renovation and Desmond would send picture updates on a regular basis. On one occasion, the people refinishing our floors (not affiliated with Desmond) accidently left one of our doors open. Our neighbor called Desmond and he came over right away to lock-up for us...so nice!
The work was excellent quality and they were able to complete it within the timeline we needed. We always felt comfortable having them in the house when we weren't there. Both Brian and Desmond are overall great people, did fantastic work, and were fair with work/pricing. We would definitely hire them again!

"I emailed the company (website linked from Angie's List). Luis called me the same day and showed up to estimate the job the next day. A week later we met with the color consultant Joy. 100.00 very well spent. Four days later (Tues.) 2 men started removing wallpaper, prepped the BR and repaired where needed and one worked on the LR/DR from 9:30-4:30. Wed they covered the kitchen cabinets and worked on the LR/DR while one continued on the BR. Thur. men did not show up until 10:40, but everything was painted. Fri morning was finishing, inspection and payment. Men were very agreeable to any little place we wanted repaired or touched-up."
