"We had our gas furnace/air handler replaced. The salesman did not pressure us at all to upgrade the AC condenser until it was needed. The office staff was receptive and helped us schedule a time that worked for us. ON install day the technician showed up on time and was VERY personable, polie, and professional. Our original wiring was not "wrong" but somewhat out of the ordinary. Our technican called supervisor out to give a second check and was here in minutes. This is an advantage of hiring a truly local company with local people doing the work. The job was done way faster than we expected and the work area was put back cleaner than found. One notable item is the technician both seemed genuinely happy and happy with the work they were doing and the company they work for. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
