"Called at 8 am Saturday and on call plumber said he had a scheduled appointment but would be able to make the repair Saturday afternoon. Upon arrival he removed the insulation and found that the pipe had separated at the connector. JD Plumbing had repaired the pipe in January 2018 after the pipe froze and burst. The plumber, Sean, pointed out that the repair they made had separated but said since it was past the one year warranty he would need to call his manager to see what could be done on price. Sean made he call, sent a picture of the broken pipe and, after a second discussion, advised that the repair (normally $399) would be made at no charge even though we were past their warranty. This company is responsive, honest, and provides great customer service."

We found it comforting that during the initial assessment visit, the supervisor John came to introduce himself, Uli and Jr. This team of very nice young men were efficient, professional, knowledgeable of their work and was very respectful to my family and my home. Uli and Jr unclogged a very slow shower drain, installed a toilet and totally replaced my very old kitchen sink, garbage disposal and faucet. They even, took the time to install the soap dispenser accessory even though they had finished the job and were ready to pack up and leave (totally due to my miscommunication)!
