Eugene and his crew were the best we have dealt with by far. Punctual, very clear communication, very flexible as our project evolved, very clean, reliable, etc. He answered our post to his website the day after we posted it and set up his initial visit within a few days. He was able to start the job within a couple of weeks. He told us it would take 2-3 weeks. Our crawlspace was a mess, but his guys got down there right away and walked us through the issues and options. He made his estimates very clear up front, and he kept his word. He even gave us some money back when we decided not to do one part of the job. Even with the mess in the crawlspace and some last minute requests, he finished the job on the third Friday. I would recommend him without reservation. We will be hiring him again"

"I asked for a quote, he came out, and I told him I needed it by a certain date for the adjuster. He promised he would get it to us. I had not hear from them by the weekend, so I sent a reminder, was told he would have it in the morning. By noon, I still did not have it, and contacted him again, and was told he would have to let this one go, because he was out of office and wouldn't get back until later. I gave multiple opportunities for him to get us a quote, but tired of companies like this making promises and not keeping their word. If he would do this on a quote, what would the work be like? I just needed a quote, and they had 5 days to get me one. Keeping your word to the customer is important."
