Get matched with top drain line breakage camera locaters in Athens, TN

"About four years ago, I had my sewer line cleaned by another local company. At that time, the person doing the cleaning bent his augur on â somethingâ and drew back mud. He told me that they would have to rip down my retaining wall and repair my line as â itâ s broken and you need a new sewer lineâ . Being retired and disabled, I was not able to afford it, so I bought a hand augur and did my own line but I could never get past 30 feet in doing the line. Lately there has been more back up and the line was not draining much at all. I called in a national company to clean the line and they also suggested running the camera down it and seeing where the damage---possible collapsed clay pipe?â was. After analyzing reviews online for trenchless sewer repair, as I did not want to rip down an over 100 year old stone retaining wall, I decided to call Gardner Plumbing and have them camera the line. The sewer was full of water to the top of the floor drain, and when Kevin came out he meticulously augured that sewer line for close to four and a half hours until it was clear and even made it to the main sewer line under the street. In doing so, he removed an unbelievable long thick root that was in the line that I can best describe as looking like a root from a Redwood tree! He then ran the camera as far as he could and there was no damage at all to the line: a few cracks, but no damage/breakage whatsoever! Instead of costing thousands of dollars to replace the line, I was charged a reasonable amount for the augur of the line and the camera. I highly praise this work that Kevin did and I thank him and Gardner Plumbing for being honest and not immediately trying to convince me on getting a new sewer line when I didnâ t really need to replace it. I will use this company in the future and will tell my neighbors about the greatâ and honestâ work that Gardner did. Thank you Gardner, you have a new happy customer now! ï"

"They helped with locating the leak, took their time to get the issue resolved after a previous plumber was not able to fix the problem. Highly recommend!!"

"Jim arrived on time and ready to work. He worked hard without taking breaks. Worked on cleaning out the main sewer drain to septic system. Identified potential line collapse."

"Keefe responded within hours of our basement being flooded with sewage. The crew put a camera in our sewer line and found the line collapsed. We had an estimate to replace the line the next day and a crew was onsite that next day too. Our house is on a very steep hill and the distance to the road is long. It was not an easy project. All crews that were at our house were helpful, friendly, and respectful of our time and property. We are very satisfied."

"Elect Plumbing and Drain, owned by certified Master Plumber Steve Gardner, is simply THE SINGULAR BEST plumbing service provider that our family has EVER had! He is everything that the title Master Plumber guarantees and implies: a Master Craftsman in a very complicated and demanding profession! Elect has provided many and varied water, plumbing, and related services for us since we moved to Riverside County, California: starting the very day we moved into our home, actually BEFORE we had even arrived, by installing handicapped fixtures into our several bathrooms. Since that first service call, Elect has installed several custom-installations for our home that he was instrumental in designing, fabricating, modifying or otherwise customizing. Elect's quality is second-to-none, and his prices are MOST competitive for the quality of his work. You pay for what you get in this world, and Elect is worth every single penny charged! As a retired Peace Officer I am very careful who I invite/allow into the home, and I am most comfortable with Elect working on the house and property: even when nobody has been there. THAT'S trust: and Elect has EARNED this from our family. I recommend Elect with absolutely no reservations or hesitation. He is simply the BEST!"

"Thisbis the second time I have used Shane and he was amazing again. He came out and tried to clear a clog but it ended up being my septic tank was completely full due too roots choking off the tank and the outlet baffle. Shane and his team dug up the tank and field lines and were able to repair the line to a good field line and bypass the half repair that was done years ago. Everything is draining great now!! Great guys who are very personable and do an excellent job!"

"Sales rep was very knowledgeable and tailored the system to my needs, not just selling me their top of the line system. Installation techs explained the system in detail and how to change filters and how to add salt to the system. Water tastes sag I much better. Showers, baths and even hand washing feels so much better."
