"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"I recently faced an issue with my refrigerator not cooling correctly, so I reached out to Appliance Tech of East Texas LLC for assistance. Throughout the entire process, I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and expertise, from the first phone call to the repair's completion. The technician, who I believe was named Nathan, arrived punctually, was amiable and knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He clearly explained the issue to me and provided a detailed estimate of the repair costs before proceeding. The repair was executed efficiently, and the technician made sure that everything was working correctly before leaving. Overall, I am exceedingly pleased with the service I received from Appliance Tech of East Texas LLC, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires appliance repair services."

I'm 26 years old. I speak both English/spanish. I have a truck and tools suitable for the kind of work I do during the week, when I have time off, I like to do side jobs to help people with work,(at a decent price) that most actual companies would charge a arm and a leg for, for the same quality!

"Stackable Washer/Dryer problem was fixed after supply chain issues were overcome. (World we live in now). On his way to our business, I called Greg about a beverage cooler issue. He fixed both. Very pleased."

"The cost of the timer for my old washer was more than the cost of a new washer. Clarence was great and went over all the options with me!"

"The repair of my clothes washer is not complete, needed to order parts."

"It's a $75 service fee every time they send somebody out. It's cheap, you know it's insurance. They're excellent. I have no problems. I've been with them for years. They're fair. They give you a warranty on the repairs that are made. They're always responsive, I've never had any issues with their punctuality. The only problem I have with them is the wait time. The wait time to get to a human is sometimes extended to 20 or 30 minutes sometimes. They got prompts; you can do everything online, but sometimes you need to talk to a customer service representative about something. It takes so long, you'll get to them and once you get to them they're always responsive it just takes them a long time. I renew every year; it's a one-year renewable."

"They arrived as scheduled. They gave us an estimate of the repairs and then ordered the parts once we approved the estimate. They returned the next week to install the parts and the washers are now working great!"
