"I had Pedro and his team to do concrete for my backyard, side walkways, front courtyard which are added up about 3500 sf. Backyard is dirt yard, side walkway and courtyard had existing cracked concrete which require demolition. The side yard next to the garage is wide enough so we constructed it to be an extra car park! After negotiation for my limited budget Pedro gave me some discount and we came up with agreement on the contract. Pedro scheduled a time and estimated of 8 to10 working days to finish the project. The Xtreme concrete crews are fantastic - they were at my house everyday at 8:0am and worked tirelessly until 5:00pm or 6:00pm. Actually the project was extended with extra work as demolition was completed we discovered that our courtyard walls were baseless and not well secure which expose a safety concern. Pedro and his project manager Oscar raised the concern and discussed with me of the problem and they came up with the fix using add on 4zx4 press- treated posts. When the project was going on I also realized that there was good opportunity for me to add in the drainage system, they agreed and charged me with a reasonable price for both add on in the last minutes. I was amazed how fast they completed my project in just 8 days, 2 days ahead of schedule including two last minutes add on! Pedro was very clear communication with me from the beginning till the end. The Xtreme concrete management is thoughtful, respectful, organized and well scheduled. I always have the feeling that they are trustful, friendly and listen to customer's need. They actually ran extra miles for me, I would absolutely use them again. While I did get "cheaper" quotes from other parties, I had a great feeling speaking with Pedro and trusted my gut that this is the premier company. "I had a gas insert installed into a chimney that hadn't been used in 50+ years. I was nervous that it was installed correctly and was venting properly. I didn't really need the chimney sweeping part -- but they did a fine job on the inspection and did some cleaning of my glass facing. They were very professional and on time. "When we discovered that we had an urgent need to replace a leaking sliding patio door, I sent contact inquiries to several contractors. The first response came from the office at Green Bay Remodeling. After gathering some information about my project an appointment was scheduled for an evening visit to inspect the project site and advise me on options for the rep[air of the water damage. Danny Lebowsky arrived precisely on time for our meeting and listened carefully as I described the water damage which appeared to be caused by a leak in the sliding door. While we had originally thought of the project as a replacement for the slider, as I talked with Danny I came to realize that a better option would be to erect a wall with a window and pet door. This made perfect sense due to a close-by door opening to the same deck which was outside the slider. Working together, Danny and I developed a scope of work which included a plan to repair subfloor and any structure that was water damaged. The plan was designed to cause the least damage to the existing plank flooring. Our discussion evolved into a contract which listed each item of work and the payment benchmarks. Danny assured me that he would serve as project manager and that work would be continuous once all materials were available. That night I knew that I had found my contractor. Danny provided regular updates on job scheduling while we waited for the delivery of the window. Work on the wall began a few days before the arrival of the window. The crew would arrive every day as scheduled and I watched as they completed their quality work. I was so pleased that I worked with Danny to add two additional projects which would run consecutively: new accent molding around windows and the garage door followed by repainting the full exterior of the house. Again I was very pleased by the craftsmanship of everyone who worked on the project. Danny either visited the site daily or called to give me updates. We are very pleased with the final result of all aspects of the three projects and would gladly have the Green Bay team work with us again."

"The owner Shelby was prompt in responding to my call for an estimate and was always on time when the work was started. If for any reason he was running late he notified me of his delay. Shelby always kept me up to date on the progress of the job. The crew were very neat and cleaned up after themselves before they left for the day. As suspected once the tear down was complete they found <br /> water damage. There was some extra work that needed to be done and it did push out the completion date. Shelby is very meticulous with his work, he takes his time and makes sure the work is done right. The cost of the job did go over my budgeted price but the quality of the work made it worthwhile. Shelby is conscientious of his customers needs and he goes over and above for them, there were several extra things that he did complimentary. <br /> Shelby and his crew were easy to communicate to and they were great to work with. The bathroom came out great! I would use them again."

"Everything from the initial meeting, advice given on products to use, installation and follow up for minor details went well. The ladies in the office were always on the ball taking care of things like insurance certificates, estimates and billing too. The color chosen by the owner was not a standard color so it had to be custom mixed, then samples provided and approved. This took a bit more time and cost a bit more,but in the end the result looks great. The dark color was also a challenge to apply on some of the large walls during the hot weather. Kirt made sure to have enough guys on site so the whole walls were applied wet to ensure good color consistency. Any concerns we had on any spotty areas, or additional patching as we remodeled, were quickly addressed to the owner's satisfaction. <br /> All good in the end. Would definitely recommend and hire Golden State Stucco again. <br />"
