"The came on time and removed the old water heater. When they brought the new unit in to install, it was 2 inches larger than the older unit and would not fit in the opening. So, they had to take it back and get a smaller unit. It was a little inconvenient to add a couple hours to the whole process, but it was understandable with the given circumstances.
