"Two of them came out. There was a long list and we were happy to pay more, but I was not pleased when I got home. I wanted the caulking in the shower redone and they did not get to that. There is a gate in a storage thing out in the side yard and the door needed patching. I just did not like coming home. I felt like they rushed and just did not get it all done or even attempted to get it done. The price was not the issue. I just wanted those things done. With two of them here, I felt like they could have done more."

"I had two repair orders. The technician for the freezer repair came within a few days and was excellent. He came prepared with parts and conducted the installation in record time, cleaned the place and was very polite and courteous. The firm/technical for the second repair related to a plumbing problem could not come for 10 days because there were too many jobs before mine. This is the second time that CHOICE Home Warranty has disappointed me with a plumbing request which they should know cannot usually wait for 10 days. I had to cancel the request and pay an outsider to do the job. As I see it, CHOICE HOME WARRANTY is not well suited for plumbing-related requests."

"Needed to call them several times to set an appointment   After started it took three days to finish I wished it was all at once but I was ok with the wait. I called other companies for a estimate and no one would come out to the house or stated over the phone that they would not have time or that I could not afford them.
