"These guys are a horrible private equity roll up... go by 3 different names to disperse the terrible customer reviews. They promised to be out first thing in the morning after we had a full day without heat (and three small children in the home). One hour into the eta window I got calls from two different dispatchers who clearly are not in a centralized location, telling me the roads are not clear. The roads are clear. These guys suck. Do not engage with them. "

"Casey replaced my furnace and installed a new water tank. The project was completed perfectly from start to finish. The project was explained to me. The proposal was the work completed for the price planned. All the workers were friendly and polite. Everything was clean upon leaving. Appointments were kept. Casey responded to calls and questions. I would use this company again and highly recommend them. Colleen Chatten"

"I had plumbing leaks in a couple of places, but the men that did the work went above and beyond by replacing every component involved top to bottom to ensure there would be no leaks for a long time to come. Very satisfied with the quality of work as well as how quickly it was done."

Customers say: Quick response

"Needed garden spigot replaced. Jesse gave me upfront pricing after I sent him pictures of the work that needed to be done. Gave me a very good price and came very next morning to get the job done. His communication, workmanship and price was good. When other companies say they will charge $79 or $99 just to have someone show up to give you an estimate, it ties down a customer to force getting work done with them. I declined 3 other pros since they did not want to give me pricing by pics or FaceTime. It is a waste of my time. Thank you Jesse for everything. I recommend this Pro to anyone who needs plumbing work done."

"The work was done correctly and promptly, but quite expensive. On the plus side, he presented all the options and didn't really try to upsell. Just the facts."

"No invoice transparency at Sila Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical. I had an appointment on February 16, 2026, to troubleshoot a no-heat issue on the second floor of my home. I was told the repair would be $1,500. Although hesitant, I agreed to proceed because I needed heat. The repair was completed, I paid $1,524.90, and the technician left. I later realized I had not been provided with an invoice, so I called the company directly at 781 438 4114. The person who answered the phone emailed me an invoice. The invoice listed an HVAC diagnostic fee of $69.00, followed by ?HYD 170,? with no price or itemized breakdown provided. I understand that professional services and parts can incur significant costs, it is unreasonable that the part alone could account for the entire charge without any supporting documentation. I respectfully requested a detailed breakdown of the invoice through multiple phone calls and emails; however, the responses I received were dismissive and failed "

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Attleboro, MA

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
