Initially he found a piece of glass stuck in pumps impeller. He also checked the drains and they looked good with no obstructions. When the problem re-occurred the next day he came out and cleared out the entire drain line which corrected the entire problem. They do offer a senior citizen discount. I would definitely hire them again."
