"This home yard project went extremely well. I was very specific about what I wanted for a final result (dog hardy grass blend, easy to use irrigation system, remove old damaged soil and grass and replace / amend with healthy soil) and am very engaged in any contractor-run project. Norberto was able to provide reasonable options, discuss pros/cons, and what the maintenance requirements would be long term. Once started, the project moved along - he was an excellent project manager. I would check progress and he was very responsive to any of my questions or concerns. Any course corrections were made immediately. He is also providing follow-up to ensure the lawn comes in as planned and the irrigation system is functioning as designed. They were very carefully to keep the work area clean and ensured the gates remained closed so my dogs were not able to escape or get into the new lawn area. Between a reasonable price, excellent experience and consultation, excellent installation, and follow-up, I highly recommend Mount Olive for lawn replacement and irrigation system installation."

I would say pricing is at market rate which reflects the quality of materials and knowledge of the company. Choosing decking samples was a high priorty on my list. Also, I didn't want latice (as I had before) going around my deck. I had white vinyl railing around my deck. High maintenance as it would get dirty with mold/fungus. So, I decided to use the black metal railing instead. I have a dark grey house, so I decided to choose Oasis Palm by Eva-Last for the main decking which features a warm golden brown base with toasted caramel streaks. This counterbalances the heavy tones of dark gray siding. The outline of the deck is carbonized Osage. I would highly recommend Black Diamond Construction for your decking needs. I also have a 30 year warranty. Should anything go wrong, they will come out to repair or replace promptly."

"I have a split-level house, and my deck is on the 2nd story. I didn't want to deal with building one myself, so I decided to hire a contractor. I found PlanTrak on HomeAdvisor, and am glad I did. I hired them to build me a fairly simple 12' x 16' deck, and they did not disappoint. Dave came out in February to give me an estimate of what the job would cost. I had several contractors provide estimates, and PlanTrak's was in the middle. I chose PlanTrak because Dave was very knowledgeable and personable. He answered all my questions competently and ensured me my requests would be completed. We scheduled to start construction at the beginning of May. These guys are busy, and they didn't actually start until May 13. It wasn't a problem for me, honestly. I wasn't bound by any time constraints, and delays are not uncommon when it comes to hiring contractors, especially when you book so far out. Justin and Roman(?) actually performed the work, and it only took them 5 days to demo and haul away my old deck and build and finish the new deck, including a Saturday. They were very polite, and performed their work competently, and the finish is excellent. The materials they chose were top notch - my cedar decking is premium quality, and beautiful. After the work was complete, Dave came out and did a walkthrough with me to make sure I was satisfied. I only pointed out a couple small things from the demo, and Dave quickly took care of them without issue. I was 100% satisfied when he left. As a homeowner, I'm really grateful for contractors with PlanTrak's integrity and professionalism. My family and I have been enjoying our new deck daily since it was built. This is definitely a decision I'm happy to have made. I'm seriously considering using PlanTrak to build me a permanent awning in the future."
