"I needed only scope and locate my 4" sewer pipe from an exterior cleanout to the house. Rescue Rooter gave me a discount for the work. John the plumber came out. He has 26 years of experience and was very knowledgeable and skilled at using the camera. I've been doing remodeling for 30 years including plumbing installation (drain pipes, copper water pipe repair and installation). In addition to using the electronic locator, he also went old school in using witching sticks to confirm the location of the pipes."

"Repaired leaking main water line from water meter. Representatives evaluated, scheduled and completed the repair in about half a day."

"Zach and his crew were amazing! Our old water heater sprung a massive leak at 2:00am on a Saturday morning. Contacted Zach at 7:30am and he called right back and was here within the hour. Not only did we replace our water heater with a tankless model, but also moved it from the second floor to garage. Zach did all of this on a Saturday for a flat fee!! He and his crew were here for 9 hours without complaint or even seeming to take a rest!! Knockout Plumbing is indeed a 'Knockout' and I would highly recommend!! Kudos to all!!"

"I have used this plumber for over 4 years now - they respond immediately to any concern, are the most honest and fair people out there! Anything from simple drain clear, or water heater install, to a side sewer and complete DADU plumbing installation…they do it all, and with great communication! I pass their name and number to anyone who is looking for an honest and reliable plumber!"

"This company is rather expensive but the quick response for a leaking water main was great. Very professional and quality work. They identified the problem with the water main promptly and were ready to perform necessary repairs straight away when hired. I would consider using them for future remodel projects. On a side note, all of the other companies did not return calls. If they do not respond, why are they listed in Home Advisor?"

"Hello. Mike came with his apprentice to replace my 53 year old water heater today. Mike was amazing and his apprentice Shawn was so helpful. I was truly blessed by Mike's presence with his commitment to excellence and sincere interest in my well being. He discovered many unexpected problems and resolved everything wanting to make sure everything was done perfectly. He took time to educate me throughout the whole job. He took time and care with every opportunity to educate and collaborate with his apprentice. His polite and patient demeanor was a gift. I know that all necessary work has been done to a high standard. I am a 72 year old woman without much family or help. The work done by Mike at Bob Larson plumbing has given me peace. The cost of my plumbing was the best of three bids and the best money I've ever spent! I am so grateful... I highly recommend Bob Larson Plumbing!"

"They were fantastic. Jared and Jake were very professional and courteous. They went above and beyond when replacing our water heater. The previous owners of the house installed the old water heater poorly. These guys not only replaced the water heater, but fixed all the piping and attachments as well. I’d definitely hire this company again for any plumbing issues."

"Great customer service. Shared knowledge of what was being done and why. They even alerted me to a serious incorrect installation mistake that could have been a serious problem and costly repair very soon down the road and I had them fix it right away. I would hire Platinum plumbing in a flash should I need any other services or repairs."

"Cody and his crew did a great job replacing my water line ! Yard looked better after he was done"

"Very happy with the new HVAC system installed by Black Hills. The installation team were quiet, efficient, and very professional. The new system works great and we are very pleased with it. Highly recommend this company for any HVAC installation or repair."
