"Fantastic! Very quick response on a Saturday. Tyrone was close by and quickly came over to evaluate whether or not this was a repair or a replacement for our Rheem tankless water heater. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, as I suspected, it was a replacement. Jeff the project called and we walked through our options and price with him. He was low pressure and very understanding. We decided after our research to schedule a replacement for Sunday morning. Les and Brandon arrived on time and were very nice and worked quickly. Overall it was a great experience and GREAT customer service! Les and Brandon were very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"

Clean, efficient, professional and a pleasure to have working for me, they displayed the desire to "go the extra mile" to make sure that I was informed all thru the project and happy. Completing the job in a perfect manner was the only way acceptable to them, which pleased me. The communication from them was outstanding, I received several texts with time frames and photo's of the techs along with some information. I have never had this type of contact and it was helpful and frankly pretty cool. If you have any type of work you are considering hiring a contractor for, you will be doing yourself a great service to use Mr. Sparky Electric or any of the other divisions of their company if your job can be handled by them."
