"We called and left a message after business hours.  Our auto garage door was stuck in an open position.  (We heard something snap when we tried to close it.)  Kevin returned our call first thing the next morning (9 am) and advised us that a service call was $80 with additional cost for any parts needed. <br /> They arrived at our home in about 30 minutes.  Turns out one of the springs gave way.  Kevin suggested we replace both springs, which seemed like a good idea, so we agreed.  He replaced the springs and also oiled all moving parts on both our garage doors. <br /> We offered to pay for the service call right away, but he said they will send us a bill.  We estimate it will be about $100 but will update our review regarding price after we receive the invoice... <br />"

"in addition to the angies list providers i also shopped others who were recommended.  the experience ranged form "now way id ever hire you" to "very possibly yes".  bill and another angies list company were at the top of the list. <br /> while the prices were close, bill's was a little higher.  i was getting a superior door opener and better spring system. <br /> bill always returned my calls and emails, even when i was in the shopping phase and doing close product comparisons. <br /> honestly i can't say enough good about him. <br />  when it came to installation he showed up 15 minutes before the scheduled start and ended within minutes of his estimated end time.  the site was left impeccably clean, old garage doors and all debris was removed.  bill took the time to explain how to do the advanced set up for the remotes so i can hook up my and my wife's cars. <br /> be it residential or commercial this guy is top shelf.  i do not believe you will go wrong hiring him and following his expert advise. <br /> <br />"
