Not communicating once about being late for the appointment windows and not realizing from the start when I laid out my needs and the granite countertop, I think this is the worst business I've ever dealt with and would not recommend them for any plumbing needs. Hopefully if they ever get a tech out to you, they're at least able to do their job as dispatch is not."

Unfortunately, 2 out of 7 of the rugs that I had cleaned had the colors run to the point that the ivory areas are now orange and my expert in oriental rugs has deemed them a complete loss. The company has refunded the cleaning fee, but refuses to acknowledge or address the damaged rugs. It has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. The pictures show color of rug before; a close up of the muddied colors and the front and back of the rug which is how to tell the true colors of a hand knotted rug: the front and back should be the same. The difference is striking!"
