"Bryan came out today. He was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to quickly determine that my window needs to be replaced by the company that put them in, renewal by Anderson. He showed me how to find all the information to give to renewal by Anderson. He said they have done installing for renewal,and it will be easier and more cost-effective if I used renewal by Anderson. I appreciate the honesty, and although I was not able to hire him, I have to give them an excellent recommendation for being so honest"

"I was patient to wait 5 plus months to replace 3 windows at my home. But now that they got replace they did a bad job installation them. The new windows are sticking out almost a 1/4 inch out, they where flush before that, I wouldn’t hire them again did a terrible job installing them, be careful who u hire not worthed."

"Mario, the technician, seemed very nice and knowledgeable The $49 quoted trip charge turned into a $220 diagnostic charge not including any service. He wasn’t sure why water was appearing on the floor, but felt it may be due to some clogging of a PVC drain tube. He said it was not possible to simply clean it out, but it should be replaced at a cost of another $250 (for a pipe?). We declined. We subsequently had another repairman come in who said there is no problem cleaning the tube and did so. The material clogging the pipe is shown in the photo."
