"Larry is the consummate pro. He's like the Holmes on Holmes of appliance repair. My most recent job (I have used him for 3 years) is the first time he was stumped by one of my appliances. The first solution he thought would work didn't, but then he was at the ready, ordering the correct parts as quickly as possible (My oven is older and harder to get parts for on the fly) and even offering to cover the costs of the first round of parts since they weren't the correct solution. He got it fixed in time for Holiday Entertaining and did it with a smile and a "Merry Christmas".
This is the guy you want coming to your home and fixing what's wrong. He won't make you fix something that isn't broken, he will tell you if it makes more sense to buy something new instead of profiting from fixing your clunker, and if it takes a little longer or comes at an unusual time, he doesn't jack up his prices.

"Patrick saved us. He came out within one hour of my initial call and had the broken pipes underneath the house repaired within 24 hours. He was thoroughly professional and completed the unpleasant job quickly after another plumbing company had left us hanging for a number of days, promising to come do the work. He has been very responsive, always letting us know what was happening every step of the way. After he repaired the broken pipes underneath the house ($1000), further inspection by the plumbing camera revealed that we had a serious root issue in our old terracotta main line, so we hired Patrick for the $8000 main line repipe. "Bought voucher and received message in Angie's List inbox from vendor. Called vendor, but they were busy, they called me back later. They were not very polite on the phone, as if I was bothering them. They wanted to know my spouse's name, which I thought was unusual so I asked why they needed this, and their response was rude. They asked about what drywall needed repair, and I described the work, and their response was accusational about me causing the damage, versus just giving me quote or talking about the repair. They were not available in the time frame I needed the work to be done. We did schedule an appointment just to look at the house (not perform the work) for 12/12, which is too late, which I will call them and cancel tomorrow. Overall, it was not a good experience with this vendor."

"I had broken the handle on our microwave. Ordered the part online and they told me it was an easy fix. Watched Youtube videos and it seemed easy. It was not. That is when I called Airflow Appliance Repair. One of the three pros recommended by Home Advisor. They told me if it was an easy fix it would be $90 but if they had to take off the door $150. I knew already it would cost $150. It took him a while becasue it was not easy but he did a great job. Highly recommend."
