I called several companies and he had the best deal in town in that he did not try and sell me a bunch of stuff, but instead offered to service my HVAC and come back in 6 months for one low price. He also installed 2 new smart thermostats for me. He called me right back. Scheduled an appointment right away and showed up on time. The thermostats I had purchased (ecobee) were new to him and he honestly told me that but said he could handle it and he did. Plus he is a very nice family man to work with. "Our outdoor barbeque/kitchen in the pool area was just done by Best Builders Group who was referred to us by a co-worker who hired them for his last remodeling project at his house and he was very happy with everything they did. Our remodeling project was a large scale remodeling project to our opinion BUT to Best Builders Group it was a normal size project and they provided all the required attention to detail and great working capabilities. We had some concerns on the plumbing & electrical but Zohar took care of all of them in a very professional manner. Part of the work was to build a custom fire pit and Zohar was always nice enough to do whatever we asked. All the workers on the other hand… always made sure to clean up & they never left the house without the cleaning task. The installations was done perfectly, professionally, clean and with perfection. This remodeling project came out to be such a wonderful entertaining spot of the house and I strongly recommend them."

"The quality of service is mixed. Electricians who were out here they did great work for the electrical stuff, but anything that was mechanical or happen to cut the whole in the wall or install the box the people were totally incompetent and if I hadn't been there they never would have succeeded in finishing the job and even providing tools. They didn't have the right tools and they had no idea of what they was doing so I had to actually install the wrong box initially and they installed it horizontally and it was nightmare. I ended up taking over to getting the box installed so that we can get it right. There are something that they could have done a lot better. There were lot of delays that were not necessary. I would use them again if I didn't have to anything mechanical."

"A high priced, high overhead company sends a low paid worker to your house to do the unskilled labor of cleaning windows, then pockets 50% of the purchase price for themselves.
Caveat: The worker did a good job but the company did little or nothing to add competitive value to the purchase price of the work completed. I overpaid and should have hired a motivated college kid directly.
