Free estimate from sales rep, David, who was knowledgeable, easy to work with,and provided estimate of time of install (quick due to items being in stock). Also, David provided suggestions and help on others aspects of the garage (replacing broken spring before door installation). Techs were efficient and organized and did the complete job in record time. Also, they provided other information to help maintain door and fixed garage door opener (no extra cost). "Garage door is great. Work on modifying the trim was hacked up, removed siding once installed it was not sealed. He was supposed to come back to put the drywall up and it was over a week and no call. Left sawdust in the garage, driveway, left hardware in the driveway and worst of all he left cigarette butts in my yard. Would not recommend to anyone. Do not want him back at my house."

"Garage door spring failed on 02/10/2015.  Called Andrews the same day and they came out the next morning as scheduled.  Replaced the springs and performed the maintenance on the second door.  I was considering replacing the spring on the second door but they said it was not necessary.  The repairman noted that the top panel of the door was cracked.  The crack started several years ago but when the spring broke, it became worse.  We agreed to have the panel replaced and they would have to go to Baltimore to get the replacement panel.   The cost of the panel was $600.00 which included materials and labor to install.  They said they would install it the next day which surprised me because they said they had to go to Baltimore to get the part and it was a Friday.  Well to our surprise, they came around 9PM and installed the panel and finished about 1030pm.  Everything is working fine.
