We had another chimney clean and inspection service company scheduled for a cleaning/inspection 3 weeks prior. That business, doing nothing more than looking up the chimney, said there was no point cleaning for our chimney needed a new cap and a liner and proceeded to give us a $7,000.00 estimate and charged $100.00 for a service call. Being consumer minded and cautious, we decided to get a second opinion before proceeding. Our neighbor recommended Your Chimney Sweep. Joe of Your Chimney Sweep said our chimney is fine, cleaned it thoroughly, providing before and after photos. We'll definitely be using them again!"

"Estimator showed up on time and examined the issue, taking pictures of the problem to show me. Gave me two options, one was to just fix the main issue and the other was a longer term solution for the whole chimney cap flue system. I chose the later. Cost was about $2700. They removed the crown, removed the broken top flu tile and put in a new crown and tile as well as a "fake" tile around the metal exhaust pipe for the furnace/water heater and raised that pipe so that it won't be spewing excess moisture onto the new flue tile for the main chimney. Work was done on time. Workers seemed to know what they were doing and advised me along the way and took pictures so that I could see the finished product. They took care of our yard and deck and cleaned up after they were done."

"I am getting my basement finished and I had a leak that I could not figure out. I had multiple other companies come out with no success. I called Chimney Sweeps of America based on the Angie's List reviews and within days, Mike was able to come out and give me a free estimate. Initially he was convinced it was an issue with my grading around the foundation and I agreed. He proposed putting an adhesive on the brick to stop the seeping. His price was reasonable so we moved forward. He changes his schedule and came out the next day. The following weekend we had a huge storm and the leak was still there. I called Mike frantically and he agreed to come back out. We worked through some options and did some testing and Mike came to the conclusion that there was an issue with a leak from the top of the chimney. We discussed some options and the quote was very reasonable for the scope of work that he proposed. I needed the work done asap so Mike worked extra hard to get his week done early so he could come out by the end of the week leading into Labor Day. When most people are taking off for the Holiday, Chimney Sweeps of America was at my house going above and beyond to help solve my problem. They worked diligently but didn't cut corners. Mike discussed the work he and his team performed and made sure I understood why the problem was occurring. They took off the chase cover, replaced and painted the trim boards, replaced the piping to my chimney cap, installed a storm collar and made sure everything was sealed up with a special caulking material. I lost a lot of sleep over this leak but I feel very relieved to have found such an honest and hard working team to work with. Trust this company, they will go the extra mile to make sure they help. "We contacted Baun Chimney after the inspection report for the home we purchased to have him clean and personally inspect the chimney to give us a second opinion.  Michael arrived on time and executed the cleaning of the chimney, he lit the gas fireplace and confirmed its functionality and was very honest with us that the chimney had been converted from wood to gas and being that if we left it gas, the chimney would not need future cleanings.  So I appreciated the honesty of Michael. <br /> He climbed on the roof and did confirm the inspection report and took pictures of the issues and explained that he could return in the next week and execute on the masonry work and he would recommend that we cap the chimney with a waterproofing sealant that would protect the chimney for a minimum of ten years.  We agreed to move forward and Michael returned the next week and performed the work as estimated and the cap looks great. <br /> I would always recommend Michael and his company due to the great ownership and pride he takes in his work and name in the business. <br />"

When he arrived, he introduced himself and verified the scope of work requested. He went straight to work. When complete he explained everything he did, showed pictures of things that would need work, and answered all of my questions. It was only $150 for the inspection and cleaning and I received my receipt with the pictures he had taken within minutes. He was quick, clean and very professional. "We were going through a complete home renovation and needed to replace the shingles.  We had USA roofing come out for a quote and were instantly impressed.  The sales man was professional and provided an all inclusive quote detailing all work to be complete & all warranty information so there was little to no confusion the services to be provided.  USA roofing was very punctual and brought a full team to complete the work in one day.  Being that we were doing a whole house reno, after the roof was installed, we needed to update the exterior paint and thus remove the new gutters.  USA roofing had no problem working with us on this and took down the gutters & replaced them when the work was complete.  A few months later, I received a call from our service provider saying he just passed our home and noticed a slight dent in one of the gutters.  He sent someone out a day later and fixed the issue.  I never even noticed this dent (and I am very observant) and was blown away from this amazing service!  I would recommend this company to anyone. <br />"
