"The finished job looks great! Customer service was awesome. I will call them again for any future work I need done."

"We bought an Angie's List Deal for the project. They called right away to let us know their schedule would push our project out to 3 months from when we bought the deal. We asked if the square footage listed in the coupon would be enough for our house and he assured us that almost all houses they've worked on fit within that limit. When they called 2.5 months later to let us know they could schedule our job, we set up a time for the actual estimate. It came in much, much higher than the deal price. Since it was well past the 30-day return time frame on the deal voucher, we discussed the situation for a day or two and came to an agreement on the final price. Work started right away and took a day longer than originally planned (rainy weather was a big factor!). A little better communication on when the work would start/end each day would have made making arrangements for my dogs a little easier, but overall the work was done well and the house looks great."

"The initial interview and project scoping meeting was a pleasant experience. Matt Gowler is a true professional when it comes to planning. He wanted to know how the space was to be used, who would use it, what our expectations were and special requirements. He drew up a plan that was perfect for us.The construction went like clockwork on the schedule our project manager Ben set up. We were kept informed of progress regularly and all of the materials vendors we met with were fantastic. Picking out cabinets, counter tops, carpet, tile, and paint colors was quick and easy. Their promise was done in 45 days or less and they were done in less than 45 days with a 900 square foot basement. They contacted us today for a followup check of anything that needed to be fixed. They were very pleasant to work with and we were not bothered by workers at all. Ben coordinated everything and made sure it all went right.

"5/5 We had a somewhat customized paint job and request that ended up taking a day longer than expected, however, the result was worth it! I highly recommend this company, as they work until they get it right. We enjoyed working with The Paint Doctor and team!"

"Excellent Contractor, the work performed very professionally and reachable all the time. he made sure the work is done as per the customer, so made sure i was happy with the end product. i would hire them for my future projects."

"I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it took him a while to get here.  I just had trouble scheduling it because he had equipment problems.  My experience with him was neutral I guess.  Once he got the equipment fixed, I was able to schedule it.  It was kind of back and forth, about when he was coming or when he wasn’t coming.  His price was good though."
