"I d give 1st Rate Construction and Environmental Services a 6 star rating if it allowed me to do so! I discovered a major mold issue in my crawlspace. After researching for mold removal services, I saw the reviews for 1st Rate and decided to ask him to come to my house and give me a quote. Rick drove 2.5 hours to my house the next day, on a Saturday! He is very professional and prompt. The whole process was explained before hand, and in a few days, I had a quote, not just an estimate. Not one dollar above was agreed upon, no surprises. If he says he will be there, he is there. He definitely goes above and beyond. I wish all contractors were as honest and hard working as Rick is. The other reviews are spot on, not some paid-for reviews. He earned his 5 stars. I cannot day enough good things about him. I definitely recommend him without hesitation!"

"Great Experience! My wife and I live in Atlanta and we hired Anthony at AJ Property Restoration to work on a mold remediation project for us. Anthony submitted a very reasonable bid to remove the mold damage in our bedroom wall that was caused by a roof leak. Anthony was very efficient and thorough removing all the mold damage and he also treated the wall area to prevent any mold from returning. The area of the wall where the mold damage was located now looks as good as new and we are very satisfied. We would not hesitate to rehire Anthony again and would highly recommend him!"
