I can tell you that Doug is a professional. When he came out to quote job, he was
never in a hurry and spent a lot of time explaining what he would do and why. His job
and cleanup afterwards were excellent. The job required running a 220 line for the dryer,
running about a 15' section of pvc vent up the wall and out through the side of the house. He also
ran a 15-20' section of pipe to an existing pipe to drain the washer. When our home was built we had no
stationary tub so we had Doug install one next to the washer. Job included copper pipe hot and cold to both the tub and washer machine. From quote to job completion, you are treated the way you expect to be treated, but more often than not are disappointed.

"I dealt exclusively with Chris, who was extremely accommodating - we played phone tag for several days thanks to my own crazy schedule - and very professional. He came TWICE to give me an accurate estimate (had trouble locating problem until I was able to supply the physical inspection report with photo), and was still back quickly to make the actual repairs. LOVE this company! Would use them yet again, or recommend them to the new owners of our home."

"My Kenmore washing machine was posting a "lid can't be locked" message that I couldn't trouble shoot myself, so I called a professional. It turned out to be a broken drain pump. The pump itself was expensive ($149.00), but the labor was reasonable ($90.00). After some trouble finding our out-of-the-way house, Joe did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, managed to get the part later that morning, and finished before noon! It's great to be able to do laundry again. Joe was efficient and personable. I will definitely use this provider in the future.

"It's a $75 service fee every time they send somebody out. It's cheap, you know it's insurance. They're excellent. I have no problems. I've been with them for years. They're fair. They give you a warranty on the repairs that are made. They're always responsive, I've never had any issues with their punctuality. The only problem I have with them is the wait time. The wait time to get to a human is sometimes extended to 20 or 30 minutes sometimes. They got prompts; you can do everything online, but sometimes you need to talk to a customer service representative about something. It takes so long, you'll get to them and once you get to them they're always responsive it just takes them a long time. I renew every year; it's a one-year renewable."
