"They are wonderful. I woke up Christmas Eve morning 2022 with no water due to the unprecedented freeze. Seriously, no water coming out of any faucet. "Responded almost immediately to my initial request. Scheduled appt for later in afternoon but called and came a couple of hours before we had scheduled which was great, (Holiday weekend Friday). He arrived explained what needed to be done, left to pick up supplies. Returned and repaired promptly, however, not as neatly as would expect but no problem. Ask him about another need for my shower, however, due to the holiday all supply shops had closed early so he would call us at beginning of week to take care of needed repair. It's now been 10 days and we have not heard from him. Very disappointing. Initial customer service is great, but lacking on the follow up for additional job. Would recommend for someone who needs something quick."
