They were respectful of my home, great to work with, and did a fantastic job checking my chimney and gas fireplace to make sure it was safe and in working order. They "reset" the hearth, added the necessary materials, climbed a 30 foot ladder in 20 degree weather to check my chimney and provided a very detailed after-action report along with photos to give to my HOA for repairs. Cannot recommend them enough, all around a very positive experience."

"I phoned for an appointment in late September and got the first available appointment which was October 15.  He arrived on time, did a cleaning and was given a list of repairs that were needed in order to use the fireplace.  I paid him for his services and agreed to the repairs.  I was told his boss was out of town, they would meet on Monday(October 19) and he would call me to let me know when he could come back out to do the repairs.  He indicated I would hear from him Monday.  He never phoned so on about October 23 or 26 I contacted the company to inquire about when they were coming.  The person I spoke to said he didn't know anything about it but someone would call me the next morning.  The serviceman did actually phone and he indicated they were very busy and he didn't know exactly when he could get to it.  He also said there was supposed to be really nice weather the next week and because the job involved cement work they wanted to do it that week and he would call on Monday to let me know which day.  The week came and went and, once again, no phone call. <br />  At this point, October had come and gone and the fireplace was still unusable...and twice I'd been told I would be called and given a date, but they had not done so.  When I called them this time(a week after being told I'd have received a call) I was told how unreasonable I was and how busy they were.  I was told I was a very difficult customer.  I never complained about having to wait three weeks for their first visit.  I didn't complain about the price.  I am EXTREMELY PLEASED AND SATISFIED WITH THE JOB THEY FINALLY DID.  But, their communication was unprofessional, and to tell me I was difficult was true only in the sense they simply never called back when the voluntarily told me they would call...  THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM IF THEY HAD PHONED AND SAID, I CAN'T COME THIS WEEK BECAUSE SOME JOBS HAVE TAKEN LONGER THAN WE THOUGHT AND I WILL COME NEXT WEEK...OR I WILL CALL NEXT WEEK. <br /> They need to schedule their customer's jobs more accurately, hire more repairmen or take less jobs.  Of, stop telling customers they'll call if they have no intention of calling.  <br /> From my initial call (last week of September) to the completion of the job(November 13) <strong>two and a half months have passed</strong>.  I think anyone needing chimney repairs deserves to know they do not complete the work in a timely manner and they do not communicate clearly or accurately with customers.  The quality of the work is good.  <br /> I <br />"

"Honest, reliable and best roofing company. We had Advance Roofing and another company do Roof leak repair. Both did not hold up, it started leaking more. Both companies did not explain well and Advance Roofing charged almost $1K and the other company half that. Saw all the good reviews about Renaissance roofing and called them, the lady that scheduled the appointment was very pleasant and told me upfront they charge $95 to inspect the leak and if they repair they will take it off the final bill. Don showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He showed me pictures of damage and where the problem was. I know Advance roofing did nothing in the area where the issue was found. The other company did something there but did not do it correctly, they added more caulk causing more leak. Don diagnosed it properly, fixed all the issues and tested it. The other two companies I asked for pictures and they would not share it with me. Another couple of companies I called tried to rip me off by saying my roof is bad and needs total roof replacement (they send sales people,not repair person) and i asked them how much they charge for new rood and quoted ridiculous amount for roof replacement (I researched online and with neighbors and I know for the size of my home it should not cost more than $7K to $13K), by the way my roof is only 11 years old. I am extremely happy with the way he repaired it, the explanation and pictures of the repair gives me reassurance. Finally I found an honest business. I highly recommend Renaissance Roofing for all your roofing needs. Out of 5 I want to give them 10 stars. Thank you so much Don. Appreciate it."
