Melanie was our point of contact with scheduling the appointment and any questions we had. On the day of appointment, they arrived on schedule and proceeded to change out our old water heater. They were very professional, efficient, respectful of our home, and cleaned up after themselves (which I have had issues with regarding other contractor projects). The replacement took about 2 hours from start to finish and we have had hot water without issue since. "At 10 pm on a Saturday we had a pipe from an upstairs bathroom burst in the ceiling of our kitchen. I had used Local Plumbing and Drain before for a long list of jobs. So I called just to leave a message, so I could schedule Joe (owner) to fix my issue. Within 10 minutes I received a return call and Joe offered to come to repair the pipe then. I assured him that I had shut off the water and that it could wait, so we scheduled the service for the next morning. Very happy with the service and the price!
