"We recently completed two major bathroom renovations in our master bathrooms due to the lack of quality craftsmanship when our home was first built 5 1/2 years ago. To ensure the work was done correctly we hired our own plumber, shower enclosure vendor and selected Flooring Direct for all of our tile needs. From the initial engagement with Hiro as we selected out tile up until the last contractor left our home after they completed the installation, our experience with Flooring Direct has been nothing less of stellar. Although my husband and I fully know what we want, we don't exactly know what kind of products to select to completely get "there." Hiro was patient with us, asked us a myriad of questions and offered considerations until we were able to isolate the selections down to a realistic number. Hiro continued to probe us with questions until we stood over our final selections and unanimously agreed "That's It! That is exactly what we are looking for!" We simply could not have selected the pieces without his guidance. A team of installers came to our home to work on the installations in tandem. The team was punctual, precise, kind, respectful and understanding of my need to juggle my full time job from home. They finished on time and with an end result that simply left us in awe. Not only by the result of their work, but by the fact that they left the bathrooms cleaner than they found them. And after a 6 week project, there was a LOT to clean. When the shower enclosure representative came to our home to measure, he said (and I quote); "WOW! You can not get any more precise to the levels I am seeing on this installation. I have been in this industry a long time and I have never seen work done with such precision." With that, we would recommend Flooring Direct time any time again for any flooring needs you have. "Two spanish-speaking young men did the install. Although they spoke Spanish, they managed to communicate essential information about the installation. They first confirmed that the material they installed matched the existing flooring. Then they leveled each floor before putting down the laminate. I requested sealing the laminate to the baseboards but they said the company policy was to not do this due to movement of the walls and floor. They cleaned up after the job and put back furniture where it went. Overall, I am very satisfied."

If I decided to re-carpet my bedroom, I would provide them the opportunity to bid. Good communication and overall advice."

"We had these guys come out to repair ceiling damage from a second floor toilet leak. They also repaired a crack in our drywall in the same bathroom. They were very nice, professional, and took the time to prepare the work area safely, and when they finished they cleaned up the mess and double checked the work with us before they left. The ceiling sheetrock they installed is nearly seamless with the rest of the ceiling. I would definitely hire them a second time."
