"Mr. Reyna and his crew (Quinn and Nicole) did a super job!!! Replaced and installed the new condenser in a fast and professional manner. Thank you!!!"

"Alvin was terrific and replaced my thermostat and programmed it. It was done quickly. I would highly recommend this company!!!"

"My experience with TEAM ENOCH was outstanding, from the initial contact with Miles, the owner, to the phone call upon completion. I appreciated speaking with the owner of the Company instead of a secretary or receptionist. Miles gave me the history of the company along with his experience. He was very confident, patient, and knowledgeable. I was invited to check out the online reviews and references all were positive. Once I decided to replace my HVAC unit, I called several local companies. The companies were all professional, however, the cost for the unit was much higher. I was quoted upwards of 47% more than TEAM ENOCH. I was not made aware of the Oncor Incentive gas to gas offer which allowed additional discounts. All in All, I am 100% satisfied with my TEAM ENOCH experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any homeowner."

"Immediate response time! Transparent affordable pricing! Reliable service! Justin is your guy for all your AC/Heating needs!"

"We hired them to remodel our bedroom, great job, very reliable, highly recommended."

"Grace air was a pleasure to deal with. They came out and replaced our thermostat quickly to get our home heating again."

"Our tech was super great when they were at our house. Honest and polite. Getting set up for service was super easy and everyone was incredible with communication. I will continue to go to them for service or any other issues."

"Chris was great, very knowledgeable and nice. Turns out it was a super simple fix that didn't even require any parts or tools so he didn't charge us a dime. Another company wanted to do a full replacement totaling over $2500. Great guy, we'll definitely be calling them for any plumbing issues in the future."

"If you're looking for an HVAC company you can trust, look no further than One Hour Heating & Air of Decatur & West Denton. My window A/C started blowing warm air and rattling (turned out to be a refrigerant leak and a clogged condenser coil), so I called them ? and I'm glad I did. Scheduling was quick, and the office staff was friendly. The technician arrived right on time and was professional from start to finish. They explained exactly what was wrong, walked me through my options, and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. They cleaned the coil, sealed and recharged the refrigerant, and had my A/C blowing ice cold again within the hour ? then cleaned up completely before leaving. It's rare to find a company this honest and good at what they do. I'll definitely be calling One Hour Heating & Air of Decatur & West Denton again, and I recommend them without hesitation!"

"Jay completed a half-dozen home repair and electrical (fans, outdoor lights) installation jobs in record time. Cleaned up after each job, efficient, fun and supportive. Definitely recommend and will use again! Thanks"
