"Josh completed a major makeover on our condominium and I could not be happier :-) My project list was long: - Remove all “popcorn” then repair and smooth finish and re-paint all ceilings, to include the high cathedral ceiling in the living room and kitchen. - Remove living room floor to ceiling mirror, replace all drywall - Remove oversized bathroom mirror and replace all drywall - Repair numerous damaged places in walls throughout condominium - Remove and replace broken bathroom fan -Remove all towel bars and toilet paper holders in the bathroom and repair walls - Center wall mounted light fixtures - Relocate several electric outlet boxes - Remive all outdated fluorescent and globed ceiling lighting and replace with modern recessed LED lighting -Paint entire condominium to include all the walls, ceilings, doors, crown molding, and baseboards - Sand and repaint bunkbeds to include ladder and safety railings Josh has an amazing eye for detail and is able to see through the work that needs to be done to the finished project. This was the first time I have ever wanted to do a project this major and was a bit overwhelmed. Josh was incredibly helpful in guiding me through and making suggestions when needed. His prices are very reasonable, his work is impeccable, and he left our place much cleaner than before he started the project. He finished ahead of projected timeline and my price paid was exactly the price he quoted. I am so happy with his professionalism and the quality of his work that I am contracting him to do another major project In our primary residence. "Allen and his crew arrived actually a few minutes early to begin work.  Our condominium storage room was a disaster after the massive floods of April 29, 2014.  They removed all tools, boxes of lighting and landscaping supplies, extra fence rails and lumber, and metal shingles from the room and began work.  They installed metal shelving  on 2 walls, installed tool and ladder hanging equipment throughout, and they also built a wooden frame hanging from the ceiling and back wall to hold odd pieces of lumber, replacement 8-foot fence rails and the like.  They re-placed all our items in the new storage room in a very organized and user-friendly fashion. They constructed a 1-1/4" high support system to hold metal shingles, getting them off the concrete floor and out of the way.  They hung metal shelving in our electrical room for more storage.  They made excellent use of much previously wasted space.
These gentlemen worked steady and very hard in 100+ degree heat, did an exceptional job for us in just over 5 hours.  Did I mention that the cost actually came in more than $50 under budget?!!  (Allen's quote was very fair to begin with!)  We are very pleased with Allen and his team, and will definitely call on them for future projects. We definitely recommend Allen's Home and Rental Repairs.

"Mr. De Marco was very prompt and professional. He was very clear on what to expect and how long it would take. The first day they had to tape and mud the areas, then they returned the next day to sand and texture the areas. Because of his schedule, he was not able to come back and paint until a week later. The only thing I would of requested is they cover the items in the garage when they sanded; the sanding left dust over everything in the garage. Besides that everything went well and I was pleased with their work."

"Recently invested in a vacation rental out of my state. I hired a local contractor one month in advance of the remodel for a smooth experience. I had one month to get the remodel completed and back on VRBO. Through the past years we have remodeled several rent houses, flip houses and personal homes, and very familiar with construction and contractors. Thank Goodness Oxen RCC LLC had an opening in their schedule to SAVE MY REMODEL!!! He began with solving a tiny bathroom problem by creating a custom shower pan to increase the size of the shower that previously felt like taking a shower in a plastic bag! The tiling job INCREDIBLE with the transformation breathtaking!!! The removal of the popcorn ceiling, now looks like a perfectly smooth iced cake! Oksen is so kind to stop what he is doing to help with little odds and ends jobs that arise in the middle of the project at hand! Went on to remodel a second bath with a new vanity, cast iron shower pan, tile and glass shower door. Plumbing for a new washing machine. Repair drywall in several places , two barn doors, more tiling, more removal of popcorn ceilings with Beautifully Smooth Ceilings! Install new trim. Stain new stair treads. New trim.
