"The second time I have used Pacific Stone and Tile in lass than a year and my experience this time was just as fantastic as the first time. very reasonable price and the final product looks better than we had visioned. Sal came out and explained all issues and keep me in the loop with updates as our quartz was backordered. "Our upstairs shower faucet gave way and we couldn't shut the water off. I called CZ--in the middle of a Nor'Easter, by the way-- at 9:57am. At 10:01am, Zach responded to me. At 10:30am, he was in my driveway. At 11:15am, everything was replaced, working better than ever. Along the way, he showed me how to shut the water off to the house quickly if I ever needed to again, and also found a small drip in our main line that he recommended I call the Water District about. He was polite, professional, masked up, and the price for the work was extremely reasonable for how fast he responded and got us back up and running. Great work!"

What we thought we wanted didn't look quite right, so Matt helped us with the selection of tile, granite, and paint to better match the fixtures we'd purchased. Matt is very creative and has an eye for design. He was able to better arrange the existing space (which did involve moving plumbing) --- something we wouldn't have thought to do, but we're happy we did. He was very patient with our indecisiveness. We liked working one-on-one with Matt. He doesn't subcontract work, so we knew who would be in our house and that we'd have consistent quality. We love our new bathroom and would definitely use Labyrinth for projects in the future."
