"Yes, he got all the work done that he was hired to do. On top of that, there were obstacles that made the job more difficult, but he got around those and did an excellent job. I live in an older home and I have an older electrical box. I thought for sure he was going to tell me it needed to be replaced. But he said though it was old, It was still a good box. I appreciated the fact that he showed up when he said he would or would call to say he was running behind. I have found so many contractors these days don’t even show up so this was definitely a refreshing change. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality electrical work."

"Brandon installed new fans professionally. Fans work very well now. One of the fans was on the 20ft ceiling and he did a great job handling that one as well. I had seen the good reviews for Exact Electric on Angies List and a family member also highly recommended them to me, so I contacted them and asked them to bid on our home rewiring project.  The estimator came on Tuesday, May 12th and spent a great deal of time going through my house, including counting every outlet and switch.  He told me it would take up to a week to get a bid.  I called the following Tuesday, May 19th to find out when they would be sending the bid, as theirs was the last one we were waiting for and we wanted to make a decision.  The office staff contacted the estimator, and told me that he said he would send it to me that day.  When it didn't arrive, I called back on Wednesday, May 20th to be sure they had my correct email address and they said they did and that I would get the bid that day.  By Tuesday, May 26th, I still had not received the bid, so I called them to let them know that they didn't need to send it after all, since we would no longer be considering them for this project. 

I was disappointed because waiting two weeks for their bid has set the project back two weeks from when I would have liked to have selected an electrician for this work.  I would have preferred if they told me up front that they were too busy to give me an estimate. I was also a bit surprised that they did not contact me to apologize or explain what went wrong. I have heard that they do good work, so was disappointed not to be able to consider them for my project.
