"A few weeks ago our gas hot water heater died. We had never used Valdel Plumbing before but were extremely impressed with the entire experience. We found them on Angie's list as being highly rated and there's a reason for it. We called them at 7:30 in the morning and by 11:30 AM had hot water and that's not exaggerating! Their specialist, Steve Ault was awesome and very knowledgeable. He quickly got to work dismantling the old unit. He even had a new heater and all the parts on his truck so there wasn't even a delay in waiting for parts or a new heater to be delivered. He also installed a drip pan, a pressure regulator and re-routed some of the exhaust piping for better venting. The price they charged seemed to be in line with the work performed. Obviously, based on our first time experience, we'd highly recommend Valdel and Steve for any residential plumbing work. Thanks Valdel!"

"<p>We bought an old twin house in Mont Clare that had radiators and a old oil burner in the basement, no duct work.  We had four companies come out to our house and most gave us super high estimates and I think they were scared to take on the project.  Matt came out and gave us a fair price.  He was on time, very knowledgeable.  Chris came out and worked the design, very easy to work with, also very knowledgeable.  Both Matt and Chris use to install HVAC for unique, now they are in sales and design, which is something I really appreciate as a customer.  Brandon came out with his crew and did an amazing job.  Again, everyone in this company is super knowledgeable.  We were having gas installed to our house around the same time, and the guys from Unique were in contact with the gas providers making sure everything was running smoothly.  I never hire anyone for anything, I do everything myself.  I would highly recommend Unique, I would use them again, and the over all experience was great.  The system that they installed was everything that we wanted.  Great Job Unique!</p> <p> </p>"

"Woke up on a Friday morning to a tepid shower. Clearly the hot water heater (gas powered) had heated its last drop. Water was oozing out of the bottom and the install date (10 years previous by a different home owner) made it clear that the whole thing needed replacing. I phoned Ray Ross on my way to work as he had done some minor plumbing work for me in the past. All I can say is WOW! They worked with me, around my complicated Friday work schedule, and actually installed the new unit before 5:30PM on the SAME DAY. Really unbelievable particularly as they didn't even get the part number from the old unit until late in the morning (my fault; had to race home on my break to get the info). Tim was fabulous, polite, and did a great job on the install. LOVE the new heater (with warranty) and have even noticed an increase in water pressure. Bonus. This was such a wonderful experience, particularly as I was resigned to cold showers for the weekend. Now I'm planning to get RR plumbers back in 9+ years BEFORE another emergency :)"

"The job went very smoothly.  Gallagher's plumber came out on Wednesday to give a quote, which was very reasonable considering they had to cut out my old sewer pipe in order to replace it with new PVC piping, and were out the next day to do the job.  There was a crew of three guys there to do the job and they were in and out in a timely manner with no issues.  I would definitely recommend this company. <br />"
