John was easy to deal with, experienced, knowledgable, and prompt in his communication. He was also forthright in describing the current inventory issues this industry is going through, and gave a good estimate of when the door would be available. Once the materials arrived, he set up an installation date within a week. He arrived on time, and absolutely blew through the work in just a few hours. The door works exceedingly well, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Overall, an excellent experience."

Said he had checked everything and the door was operating properly. He tried the door one more time before leaving and it stopped part way down and then started back up. He replaced the capacitor and tested the door. Three weeks later, the door began having the same problem. I will hire someone else to fix it this time. I had this same company fix a problem with the door a year ago; that serviceman was very professional & identified the problem rapidly. I do not want this year's serviceman on my property again; I do not trust that he knew what he was talking about.
