"We have used Jeff for many years now and the quality of his work is unparalleled.  As I said, we have many mulch beds so spring clean-up is a long, tedious job.  Jeff and his crew usually need to spend 2+ days at our house.  This spring, there was more work to be done because we did last year's clean-up ourselves and it wasn't up to par.  Jeff pointed out things I needed to pay attention to such as a dying bush or pests on a tree that needed to be sprayed.  Each day, they arrived right on time, worked quietly and tirelessly and cleaned up everything before departing for the night.  The yard looked gorgeous when they left.  I would highly recommend Jeff for any landscape job. <br />"

"I'm writing this review to update my previous one where I had encountered issues on my fence. I have changed my rating to a B. I filed a complaint resolution through Angie's List and was very pleased with the response I have received from Outdoor-FX/Elite Fence. The status still shows pending therefore I couldn't edit that particular review but wanted to get this update completed. Bryan Critser called me upon his return from out of town when he discovered my complaint. He was not aware that there were any problems. He indicated to me that he was going to come to my home to see first hand what the issues were and also bring an installation manager to view the fence. He called me back with a date of Jan. 22, 2014 and arrived on that date at the time he specified. My salesman, Craig, was at my friends house where Rick had issues also and they corrected those for him as well. Craig did apologize to me for not responding which I appreciated. Weather being what it has been here in Ohio, I was told they would correct the problems when weather permits and yesterday I returned home to find they had been to my home and the fence is fixed. Bryan took my issues seriously and got everything taken care of professionally. I am so glad that he called when he did and we worked through this unforturnate situation. I would recommend this company and this fencing as it is a nice product. I called Bryan to thank him for his punctuality and handling of my complaint. I am very happy, so is my friend and I can't wait to begin landscaping. :) <br /> Thanks again Bryan!! <br />"

All the equipment is clean and their workers are on time. As far as I can tell, they have very nice office spaces but just through the roof on the prices."

"This is a referral for Columbus Hardscapes LLC and owner Rob Hewitt. We had a paver patio installed by Columbus Hardscapes back in September of 2015. Rob came out to our house and made practical suggestions to stay within our budget, without sacrificing quality. He was very easy to work with and truly has the customer in mind throughout the entire process. Columbus Hardscapes workers were professional and even cleaned the dirt from the street after they left. We did have some concerns after our patio was installed and Rob did an excellent job addressing our issues. He stands behind his craftsmanship and products used. They are more than fair when budget is in mind. The quality of their work is surely noticeably, they take their time and make sure it is done right. I cannot thank him and his crew enough for the hard work they have put into making our patio turn out better than expected.
