"Good communication, professional, courteous and clean up was thorough. We waited a few months before doing a rating to experience a few heavy rains. We are extremely happy with having a dry usable basement. We usually don't do ratings but All Ways Dry exceeded our expectations!"

"Communication was key on this project and Mark was absolutely on the ball. Day or night he took my calls and helped with any issues I had and walked me through the whole financing process of the project and helped me save money along the way. When I had an issue after the project was completed, they had someone back the next day to make it right. I'd absolutely recommend their services if you need foundation work or waterproofing"

"They are professional and thorough, but there is really no wiggle room if you would like something differently done. Choices in booklet are pretty basic, not a lot of options (for flooring types, door style, trim) This company is like the Anderson Windows of basements. (No doubt they spend a lot on advertising; There is a reason they are the top result when searching!) Expect to pay quite a bit more than you planned, but I knew if I chose them it would be done and warrantied for everything. Sometimes you just want to sign and not worry, and I would definitely pick Finished basements plus if you are in that situation and have the budget."

"I hired Rangel's to cover and waterproof a small crawlspace in my basement. They were prompt, courteous, and very professional. The work performed was absolutely beautiful, and a major improvement. I highly recommend Rangel's for any basement waterproofing and repair, and look forward to doing business with them again."

"Easy experience. Great salesman lol but the workers were awesome and really respectful. They messed up once on some of my city piping, but they came out the same day and fixed it with no questions or complaints. Nice to know my basement is warranted for the rest of the life of the house."

"I was very impressed with their rep Steve Fitch. His explanations of the insulation process were clear and concise. I did not feel like I was being sold something but rather investing in a service that would benefit my family’s comfort year round, reduce energy costs and help the environment. After doing extensor research on contractors and what to expect, Steve checked all the boxes. I also appreciated the fact that he did not disparage his competition, or any of their methods or products. He professionally evaluated our home, determined the best solution he could provide and as previously stated presented a clear and concise plan and was awarded the contract. Mike Bobinski"

"This is a great company to use in making a 141 year old basement waterproof. I look foreward to having a waterproo basemant. Craig was pleasant and went the extra mile to make the experience great."

"Mark B. was very communicative and helpful. Stephen M., Jason M., Julian P., and Noel H. did great work waterproofing our basement. They were super fast and the quality of workmanship was great."

"The service provided by Ayers was great! Blew the doors off Ark Foundation out of Fowlerville....who wasted my time and never followed through. Ayers salesperson was thorough and professional. The crew showed up on time and man did they ever work... Haven't had a drop of water in my basement since."

"We had a basement that always had water in it almost year round. We decided to sell the house and move to North Carolina. Still trying to sell the home we decided to have a French Drain System put in with a bleeder line, as it would not sell as it was. The Stay Dry team was excellent from start to finish. Their team was professional and was accommodating to the fact that we needed to keep the home clean due to selling it and took extra steps to ensure no contamination spread to the rest of the house. After the job was done I have had zero issues with water and we are closing on our home today. Thank you so much for your hard work and courtesy Stay Dry! Pictures below are just after washing and cleaning. It appears wet but was completely dry the next day."
