"Mark did a EXCELLENT job on our kitchen remodel. Our kitchen was old and very dated. He opened up a wall between kitchen and dining room and turned it into open concept. AWESOME results. Took everything down to the studs and turned into a BEAUTIFUL kitchen. We are very pleased with the results. His professionalism was excellent and the job was done on time. He also fixed my downstairs bathroom that another contractor messed up. He will be back soon to do our upstairs bathroom. Really looking forward to that. Thanks Mark for the wonderful job you've done."

"Carlos was able to determine that the leak was at a joint between two roof lines.  He made the repair quickly and efficiently and answered all my questions.  Very pleased with the service provided and would hire them again!

"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"I called because I was looking to refinance my mortgage. Simply,
instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, Mark (the gentleman I
spoke with) told me this was not the right time for me to refinance. What he
told me made sense for my situation, and I appreciated the honest advice. I
will definitely look this company up again when it is time for me to refinance.

"Twelve years ago, Thomas Kitchens did a complete remodel of our kitchen.  We were completely satisfied with work and material.  Because of this we decided to deal with them again for a complete remodel of our bathroom.
It was very easy making choices in products and the guidance from Kurt was good.  The various workers were very good.
Definitely would select Thomas Kitchens again.

"Roca and his team were very professional and did a thorough job on repaving my driveway and repairing our front sidewalk. The team delivered as promised and on schedule. In addition they worked quite fast although it was clear they paid attention to the important details. I would surely hire them again and am quite satisfied with the work they did ."

"Right off the bat, he called me right away and I appreciated that a lot. He was very motivated to make sure that I was happy with his work. He checked frequently and he was conscientious and wanted to make sure that his customers are happy. He gave me an estimate right away and informed me how much time it was going to take. As far as the estimate, the price was the price; there were no additional charges. He said that whatever the price is, that was what I will be charged and that was what he stuck to. As far as the time frame, he finished the work when he said he was going to. He was very friendly, personable, and trustworthy. I would most definitely use them again if needed."

"It was a pleasure to work with Jeff Dutt and his crew for new roof installation. They did the excellent job and finished on time at my house . I would highly recommend them."

"It went well.  All repairs where done professionally and as quoted.  They were flexible with times for my schedule.  Found an issue that needed to be addressed outside of what they were there to do (it was an obvious issue once you knew what to look for it was not them trying to create work - I could see it and recognize the issue).  They scheuled and performed that repair.  They could improve a little on timely communication, but nothing that could not be worked through and work was and staff were professional

.We had quite a few delays due to various circumstances---mostly weather,
unplanned hidden damage that needed repair, etc. So the project took
quite a while longer than expected. What impressed us is that Kurt never
took shortcuts or cut corners to get the work done more quickly. If you
want quality versus speed, this is your man. My husband & I are
sort of perfectionists and have not always been happy with other
contractors who were on a timeline to benefit them, but not necessarily
the quality of the job. He is very knowledgeable and does things the
right way. He is resourceful in addressing problem situations. He
explains what he is doing and why, answers questions, addresses concerns
and will make changes if requested. Kurt is very personable, easy to
talk to and returns phone calls. He is owner/builder, so there may be
times when he needs to do estimates, paperwork, procure supplies, etc.
that decrease the time he can be on site. For us, the craftsmanship and
thoroughness of his work was worth the wait.
