"Jeff at GDS did a great job in quickly replacing my garage door motor, belt and spring. He was very thorough in explaining to me what happened and what needed to be done. "Great Service! I was tired of manually opening my garage door in my work clothes and fearing of getting late to work. My automatic garage door was not working and I was too lazy to fix it until now. I called Conquest Garage Door and VOILA! What great service, friendly and professional. They arrived at the appointed time; gave me an estimate and fixed my broken garage door immediately! "Garage door spring replaced August of last year. Called this morning (Jan. 2018) and woman denied having any record of my prior sale/repair/purchase, said "they do not work for private individuals." Phone connection was incredibly poor, she called back. Service before seemed fine. I suspect the same spring broke, but there's no way I will call this company again for service "they only work for companies" and she kept asking over and over and over again the same questions - my name, address....saying they had no record. (Fine - happy to move on....no need for rude service providers.)"
